Me, myself and I

My name is Patrick Ahles. I was born and still live in the city of Maastricht, The Netherlands. I’m married, my wife and I have two daughters, age 15 and 12, and two dogs, age 10 and 2. I’m employed by Maastricht University. I try to be seriously involved in photography.

Everything you read on these pages is my personal opinion, written by myself. If you want to copy something you can do so, but keep in mind that everything published here is licensed under a Creative Commons license. If you are not happy with what I write or provide, just let me know. I might keep it in account in future posts (I’m just human!). If you still aren’t happy after that: this is just like TV, you can always switch to another channel, or you can turn it off entirely!

Regarding possible comments: the opinions are solely owned by whoever posted them. I cannot be held responsible for them. Of course I will do my best to monitor them and if they are unacceptable I will remove them. The unacceptability is determined by me, myself and I, but if you (as a provider of comments) have any sense of standards and values (my god, I sound like a politician) you will know what’s acceptable and what’s not. So no whining afterwards (see remark about TV earlier!).
